Best Poster Award for the employees of the Scientific Center - Adaptive Food Systems Accelerator and the Department of Biotechnology and Food Analysis

On June 11-14, 2019 in Osijek, Croatia, the 10th International Congress of Flour-Bread '19 and the 12th Croatian Congress "Cereal Technologists Brašno-Kruh '19" took place.
The Congress was organized, among others, by the Department of Food Technology of Osijek, International Cereal Science and Technology Association, Croatian Agriculture and Food Agency, ISEKI Food Association and Global Harmonization Initiative, under the patronage of the Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Craft, Ministry of Environment and Energy, Ministry of Health, District of Osijek-Baranja, City of Osijek, Croatian Academy of Engineering, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Croatian Association of Employers.
250 scientists and specialists from 15 different countries (including: Poland, Turkey, France, Germany, Austria, Algeria, Italy, Ukraine, Latvia, USA, Slovenia, Czech Republic) participated in the Congress.
Colleagues of our university from the Department of Biotechnology and Food Analysis: mgr Urszula Kaim, dr hab. Eng. Joanna Harasym, prof. WUE and dr hab. Eng. Agnieszka Orkusz, prof. WUE received the Best Poster Award for the best poster titled: IMPORTANT NUTRITIONAL INGEDIENTS OF GLUTEN-FREE BREAD WITH PSEUDOCEREALS.
The diploma, on behalf of posters authors, was received by dr hab. Eng. Joanna Harasym, prof. WUE.
