On June 11-14, 2019 in Osijek, Croatia,
the 10th International Congress of Flour-Bread '19 and
the 12th Croatian Congress "Cereal Technologists Brašno-Kruh '19"
took place.
The Congress was organized, among others, by the Department of Food Technology of Osijek, International Cereal Science and Technology Association, Croatian Agriculture and Food Agency, ISEKI Food
Association and Global Harmonization Initiative, under the patronage of the Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Craft, Ministry of
Environment and Energy, Ministry of Health, District of Osijek-Baranja, City of Osijek, Croatian Academy of Engineering, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Croatian Association of Employers.
250 scientists and specialists from 15 different countries (including: Poland, Turkey, France, Germany, Austria, Algeria, Italy, Ukraine, Latvia, USA, Slovenia, Czech Republic) participated in the
Congress.
