Congratulations to our student Łukasz Scheibinger
[June 16th, 2013]
Łukasz is a laureate in a prestigious nationwide competition “Grasz o staż”, which aims to help students develop their
professional careers. ”At the very beginning each participant chooses an organization they want to work for. I applied to AmRest, the company that builds portfolio of well recognized brands such as
KFC, Pizza Hut or Starbucks. In the first stage of the competition I had to solve a task prepared by the organizers. Later on I was invited to take part in an interview in the firm's headquarters. In
my opinion recruiters valued widely understood student activity and strong language skills. They were also curious about my study history and recent accomplishments, e.g. writing a bachelor thesis. I consider English studies as an added value, especially when applying to multinational corporations.”
