Scientific Activity Support Office (COBN) invites Ph.D. Students for taking a part in PROM Programme - International scholarship exchange for doctoral students and academic staff which is founded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.

You can apply for three forms of scientific activity:

• 5-days visits for participation in research consultation with experts from the Wrocław University of Economics (seminars, workshops) (2 vacancies for Ph.D. Students)

Rules of financing:

The project requires flat rates for travel expenses and subsistence costs according to the rates included at the table. Total amount of the scholarship covers:

1. Travel expenses, health insurance, third-party insurance, accident insurance, visa fees and costs of establishing residency (depending on the distance between the place of residence of a participant and the Wrocław University of Economics)

2. Cost of subsistence which can be spent on catering or accommodation (depending on the number of days of stay).

3. Information about the research project you want to develop in connection with your scholarship. (Maximum number of characters: 2000)

2. The activity required from the Beneficiary if obtain the scholarship:

a. Deliver all the data required for the agreement

b. Sign the agreement

c. Fill the Declaration of the Project Participant

d. Purchase the ticket and hotel reservation

3. Formal issues connected with the end of the scholarship exchange:

By the decision of the Polish National Agency for The Academic Exchange Wrocław University of Economics received funding for the amount of 706,929.19 PLN for the PROM Programme - International scholarship exchange for Ph.D. Students and Academic Staff Member. The project was submitted and is coordinating by the Scientific Activity Support Office (COBN).

The implementation of the project enable foreign Ph.D. Students or Academic Staff Member who visit Wrocław University of Economics for:

The scholarship covers travel expenses, health insurance, third-party insurance, accident insurance, visa fees and costs of establishing residency and cost of subsistence.

Project implementation time frame: 1 October 2018 – 30 September 2019
Mobility period: February 2018 – August 2019
