The WUEB Enactus Team is the best in the Enactus Poland National Competition

We are pleased to announce another success of Enactus UEW. The team from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business won the Enactus Poland National Competition!

Enactus Poland National Competition is a national qualifier aimed at selecting the best business project. Enactus teams from all over Poland compete to choose a project that makes the best use of business skills and innovation to achieve a sustainable, positive impact on society and the planet. The competition takes place every year at the turn of May and June in Warsaw. This year, the arena of struggle was the Kinoteka of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.

Projects are assessed by a jury consisting of CEOs, board members, managers and business practitioners. The qualification and assessment process is carried out in accordance with the procedures adopted in the Enactus Program, applicable to all teams around the world.

This year, the Enactus team of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business presented the Bordo.space project and became the national winner of the competition. Already in October, the Enactus UEW team will represent Poland at the world finals of the Enactus World Cup in Utrecht (Netherlands).

The winning project Bordo.space is a virtual space addressed to the creative industry, the aim of which is to facilitate the establishment of business relations between clients and specialists in the creative sectors (photography, graphics, video, design, fashion, marketing). On the Bordo platform, freelancers have the opportunity to present their portfolio and profile, which allows employers to easily and effectively search for appropriate specialists for their orders.

The leader of the team, Weronika Szlachcic, received the Enactus Poland Special Award, and the supervisor of the organization, Dr. Iwona Czerska, received the Enactus Poland Best Faculty Advisor award.

The team representing WUEB in this year's Enactus Poland National Competition included:
